Quick Assist

Need support, but don’t have our tools? No problem. If you’re on a Windows device, we can utilise the built in tools from Microsoft. This is called “Quick Assist” (You can find out more about it by clicking here).

During a call with us, to allow us to connect to you, follow these instructions.

  1. Select StartĀ , enterĀ Quick Assist, then select it in the list of results
  2. In the Code from assistant box, enter the 6-digit code we give you, then select Submit.
You can also click here to open Quick Assist without needing to search.
You may see the warning on the left of this text if you click the above link. This is expected – click on “Open”.
